Сегодня стало известно, что самарская компания “ПТС-Сервис” начала процесс взыскания пени с должников, не уплативших за коммунальные услуги за один и более месяцев. Эксперты считают, что компания была вынуждена пойти на подобные меры в связи с катастрофическим ростом долгов населения и иного выхода, кроме как введение таких жёстких мер просто не было.
Представители “ПТС-Сервис” сообщили, что пеня будет изыматься в соответствии с Российским законодательством. Начисляться пеня будет на всю сумму, уплаченную после 10 числа каждого месяца.
Виктор Часовских, занимающий пост председателя комиссии по МСУ, а также строительству и ЖКХ общественной палаты Самарской области пояснил, что к такому решению “ПТС-Сервис” подтолкнула задолженность, растущая в геометрической прогрессии. На сегодняшний день общая задолженность жителей Самары составляет около 1,5 миллиарда рублей.
